Privacy Policy

At ILTPV Apps ("we," "our," or "us"), we treat your privacy as a design constraint rather than a policy question. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use our mobile apps and this website. It applies to every app we publish and list on our Apps page. By using our apps or this site, you agree to what is described below. Your use of the apps is also governed by our Terms of Use.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information. Our apps are built to run entirely on your device, and we do not operate servers that receive or store your data. The subsections below set out each category in detail.

Email addresses and account details

Our apps have no onboarding form, no sign-up, and no user accounts. We do not ask for or collect your email address, name, phone number, or postal address. If you write to us at the address at the bottom of this page, we will of course see your email address in that message, and we use it only to reply to you.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our apps contain no analytics, attribution, or crash-reporting software. We do not measure how you use our apps, because the code to do so is not in them.

The site is served by Firebase Hosting, which — like any web host — processes standard technical request information such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL in order to deliver pages and maintain security. The site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them.

Device information

We do not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or device fingerprints. Our apps display no advertising and contain no advertising SDK, so no advertising network receives information about you through us.

Photos, images, and visual data

Our apps do not request access to your camera or photo library, and they do not process photos or images. We do not perform facial recognition and we do not create biometric identifiers. No image or other content from your device is sent to any AI or third-party processing service.

Data you enter into an app

Anything you type into an app — entries, amounts, dates, notes, settings and preferences — is written to storage on your device and stays there, inside the app's private sandbox. We have no access to it. There is no server-side copy and no administrative console through which we could retrieve or inspect it. Deleting an app removes its data from your device.

If you have iCloud Backup or device backups enabled, your app data may be included in those backups. That process is run by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, not by us.

How we use your information

Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use it, profile it, or build a picture of you from it. We have no user database.

Some apps make a narrow outbound request to a third-party public currency exchange-rate service, so that amounts can be converted between currencies. That request asks for published rates and nothing else: it carries no account identifier, no device identifier, and none of the data you have entered. We neither operate that service nor receive its traffic. As with any internet request, the provider will see the connecting IP address.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or any other purpose — there is nothing held on our side to share. We use no advertising network, no analytics provider, and no AI processing service.

The only third parties involved in the operation of our apps and site are Apple, which distributes the apps and processes purchases; the currency exchange-rate provider described above; and Firebase Hosting and Google Fonts, which serve this website. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some apps offer paid features through an in-app purchase or an auto-renewing subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple, not by us. Your card number, billing address, and Apple ID are handled entirely by Apple and are never transmitted to us or visible to us.

Purchase and subscription status is verified on your device through Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not run a purchase server and we do not use a third-party subscription-management, paywall, or attribution service. Apple provides us with aggregate, anonymised sales reports through App Store Connect; these contain territory-level totals and do not identify individual customers.

Your rights and choices

Privacy laws including the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the CCPA/CPRA give you rights to access, correct, port, and delete personal data held about you, and to object to its processing. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or erase.

  • Editing your information. All data lives in the app on your device and can be changed there at any time.
  • Deleting your data. Delete individual entries within the app, or remove everything at once by deleting the app. Because we never received a copy, there is no separate deletion request to make and no account for us to close.
  • Advertising. Our apps show no ads and use no advertising identifier, so there is nothing to opt out of.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you have a question about your rights, write to us and we will answer it.

Data security

Your data is protected by the security of your own device: iOS file encryption, the app sandbox, and your device passcode or biometric lock. Keeping your device updated and locked is the most effective protection available. Network requests are made over HTTPS.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. However, because we hold no personal data, there is no central store of it that could be breached.

Children's privacy

Our apps are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children, and there is no mechanism in our apps by which a child could disclose personal information to us. The apps contain no advertising and no social or messaging features.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect new app features, changes in the services we rely on, or changes in the law. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects how your data is handled, we will make that clear in the app as well. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
